PROCEDURES FOR TICKETS
OF REGISTERED CLIENTS

CHANGE INFORMATION through marinobus.it portal

Log in to the reserved area with your account -> select “MY TICKETS” -> select the ticket to change -> select “CHANGE DATE” - choose the new departure date

1. If the price of the new trip is greater than the price of the ticket to be changed, a rate difference will be applied, which you will pay at the end of the transaction.*
2. If the price of the new trip is lower than the price of the ticket to be changed, you will be credited with the rate difference in your “WALLET”.*
3. If the price of the new trip is equal to the price of the ticket to be changed, you will not have to pay anything. You only have to confirm the change at the end of the transaction.*
4. If it involves a Sisal booking that has not yet been purchased, you will only have to pay the price of the most recent selected trip, without a penalty.

* For the transactions referred to in points 1, 2, 3, if carried out within 18 hours before the time of departure, a penalty of € 5.00 will be charged at the end of the transaction. EXCEPTION: tickets from Puglia and Matera to Naples, and vice versa, are not subjected to penalties for the date change.

TICKET CANCELLATION/REFUND FOR REGISTERED CLIENTS

If the passenger waives the trip, a refund may be requested, as follows:

1. Before 48 hours from time of departure:
– 70% of the price of the trip refunded, through bank transfer, according to the terms provided for in the travel conditions
– 100% of the price of the trip credited to your “WALLET”

2. Before 18 hours from time of departure:
– 100% of the price of the trip refunded to your “WALLET”
Log into the reserved area with your account -> select "MY TICKETS" -> select the ticket you want to cancel -> select "CANCELLATION" and select purse -> confirm with "CANCEL"

3. Within 18 hours before time of departure:
– 80% refund through your “WALLET”
Log into the reserved area with your account -> select MY TICKETS” -> select the ticket you want to cancel -> select “CANCELLATION” and select “WALLET”-> confirm with “CANCEL”

TWO-WAY TRIP DISCOUNT

If the departing and returning trips are full-fare, you are entitled to a 10% discount, which the system automatically calculates.
By changing the date, you lose the 10% discount applied when purchasing, only on the trip you are changing, and only if you are in a full-rate condition.

The change can be made through the Agency where you purchased your ticket.

1. If the price of the new trip is greater than the price of the ticket to be changed, a rate difference will be applied, which you must pay at the Agency.*
2. If the price of the new trip is lower than the price of the ticket to be changed, you will be credited with the rate difference through a COUPON, which will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided when purchasing your ticket.*
3. If the price of the new trip is equal to the price of the ticket to be changed, you will not have to pay anything, and you can pick up your updated ticket at the Agency.
