If the traveler waives the transport he will be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the not used service, with a 30% deduction of the ticket price itself.
The refund request must be anticipated and communicated within 48 hours from the scheduled departure time directly online by filling out the form below or by sending by fax to n. +39 0803104553 the following document “REFUND COMMUNICATION MODULE” filled in all its parts. Refund requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Following the above mentioned notice (on-line or by fax), the refund request must be formalized no later than 10 days after the date of notice, sending it by registered mail to the following address:

The refund request, sent by registered letter with return notice, must contain the FORMAL REQUEST REFUND FORM, entirely completed. In addition, a copy of the ticket for which a refund is requested must be attached to the request in the registered letter.
No refund will be made if the above information is not provided.
The ticket will be refunded within three months from the date the request is received, unless additional information is required.
