If the\u00a0passenger chooses not\u00a0to\u00a0travel, he\/she will be refunded of the price paid with a reduction of 30% of the price of the ticket itself.<\/p>\n

The refund operation requires two separate steps, both of which must be completed:<\/p>\n

1) The request for refund must be anticipated and communicated within 48 hours from the scheduled departure time<\/strong> directly online by filling in the form available below<\/strong> in all its parts.<\/p>\n

2) To comply with the request, it must be sent within 10 calendar days from the completion of the form referred to in point 1 (via PEC at marino@legalmail.it or by registered mail to the following address: Soc. Marino srl – Uff. Refunds – L.go Francesco Saverio Nitti, n.67 – 70022 Altamura (BA), attaching the original ticket) the confirmation form<\/a> of the refund request.<\/p>\n
