Refunds request
If the passenger chooses not to travel, he/she will be refunded of the price paid with a reduction of 30% of the price of the ticket itself.
The refund operation requires two separate steps, both of which must be completed:
1) The request for refund must be anticipated and communicated within 48 hours from the scheduled departure time directly online by filling in the form available below in all its parts.
2) To comply with the request, it must be sent within 10 calendar days from the completion of the form referred to in point 1 (via PEC at marino@legalmail.it or by registered mail to the following address: Soc. Marino srl - Uff. Refunds - L.go Francesco Saverio Nitti, n.67 - 70022 Altamura (BA), attaching the original ticket) the confirmation form of the refund request.
Incomplete requests will not be accepted.
